1. After cleansing and drying your face, dip the custom applicator into the Chella Brow Conditioning tube. 2. Using short strokes, follow the natural shape of your brow, concentrating specifically on sparse, thinning, or over-plucked areas. Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry + absorb before applying any make-up, creams or lotions 3. Apply twice daily, once in the morning and evening before bed.
