Does BB include samples with the order?

Depending on your purchases and the minimum amount spent, we definitely have samples from selected brands.

Is there a way to avail samples before I purchase an order?

Yes! Some of our brands have samples that can be purchased before you deep dive into the full sized products. Filter through to see samples and you’ll find those there.

I have a problem with my order, how do I contact your customer service?

What brands does BB have?

We have a range of brands from across the globe. All of these brands hold high quality and environment-friendly standards, and in their own way give back to the community. Hence our association with them.

How do I cancel/modify my BB order?

How do I check my BB order status?

Please follow the tracking number provided to you through the confirmation email.

How long will it take for my BB order to arrive?

Kindly allow us 4-6 working days for each order. We always aspire to have these at your doorstep at the earliest.

My tracking information hasn't updated in a while, does this mean my BB order is stuck?

Not really, there are multiple platforms that we take care of before the order reaches you so maybe someone somewhere has taken a little longer, but rest be assured we’re always aware of what’s happening with your BB goodies and we’ll update you at the earliest.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

Where does my BB order come from?

We take utmost pride in sourcing and evaluating a list of brands for you based on your lifestyle choices. The products that you receive currently come from the United States, Canada, Australia. We’re excited to soon introduce a few more coming in from other parts of the world.

Why was my BB order cancelled?

BB will not process orders if the address and contact info is incomplete. However, if for any reason you may feel this is incorrect, kindly email us at hello@cleanbeautybinge.com with your order snapshot for us to process it.

Missing Orders

I received the incorrect item, what do I do?

For incorrect items, email us at hello@cleanbeautybinge.com. We will assess it against your order and inform you of next steps.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We ensure all products coming out from our partners’ facilities are well taken care of until they reach you. If, for any reason this may not be the case, kindly email us at hello@cleanbeautybinge.com and we will ship a fresh batch to your doorstep in the next delivery schedule. Kindly ensure to send us pictures as soon as you notice the damage so we can investigate further and hope that’s never repeated again!

I'm missing an item, what do I do?

If for any reason your cart items and physical items do not match, let us know at hello@cleanbeautybinge.com and we will ensure your missing item arrives at your doorstep in the next delivery schedule.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 48 hours. E-store credit will be provided within 72 hours. Kindly note, all products that are returned will need to be in original packaging, sealed and unused. Delivery fees may be applicable to orders under AED 250.

I opened the package and used the product once, can I still return it?

Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to make your BB experience as convenient as possible, we will not be able to refund/accept returns for used items. However, we encourage you to try out the sampler (if available for the brand of your choice) before placing a full sized product order.

Are there any exclusions to products I can return?

As long as the items you’d like to return are in their original packaging and sealed, you may request for a return. We do have certain skincare and cosmetic products that don’t qualify for returns. Kindly get in touch with us for more information.

Can I return an item purchased during a sale/through rewards?

Purchases made during sales and via reward points cannot be returned.

When I return an item, do I have to pay for the shipping costs?

This depends on why the return is happening in the first place. If the return is due to an error from BB’s side, the shipping costs will be borne by us. However, if for any reason you’re not saitsfied with your purchase, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

After returning a package, how many days does it take to receive the refund?

All refund will be in the form of e-store credits. These credits will reflect within 72 hours (3 days) in your account. These will be valid for six months and we will notify you closer in time to ensure it isn’t wasted.

How do I arrange a return?

Points

How do I earn points?

Points are earned via purchases on BB. Every 1 AED of purchase rewards you with 1 point. Every 100 points earned rewards you with 5 AED worth of store credit. A minimum of 100 points are needed to redeem your points.

Where/When can I use my points?

You can use your reward points at any given point in time on cleanbeautybinge.com, except for items that are in sale.

What are my redeemable points?

A minimum of 100 points are required to redeem.

Can I redeem my BB Points along with any other coupon code?

Sorry! You can either redeem your points or the coupon code during a single transaction, both discounts cannot be applied simultaneously.

Discounts

Are any products excluded from the discounts offered?

Totally depends on the Discount campaign ongoing. But we always try to have fun with discounted grabs so let’s hope your wishlist soon goes under a 20% off 😉

Can I return items purchased during a sale?

Returns on sale items is not allowed. We encourage you to try out samplers (if available for your choice of brand) before purchasing a full sized item.

Where is my order? How soon can I receive it?

Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays. And from the time of shipping, it usually takes about 4-6 working days for your order to arrive.

Does BB ship outside of the UAE?

At present, our shipping covers only UAE. We will soon be launching our BB goodies across GCC starting with Saudi and Kuwait, and onwards to Oman and Bahrain.

Can BB ship my order to my PO Box?

Delivery to P.O. Box is possible but in many cases will require you to physically collect it from your local post office.

Does BB offer free shipping?

Free shipping is applicable for orders over AED 250.

What is the shipping rate for deliveries?

This depends on where the shipment originates from. You can view shipping rates while checking out after you have entered your physical address. Orders over AED 250 are eligible for Free Shipping.

Does the billing address need to be the same as the shipping address?

No. This is not necessary. Your billing and shipping address can differ.

Are all the products cruelty-free, organic and vegan?

All products on BB are cruelty-free. However, depending on the brand, they could either be organic or vegan or both. But you’ll always find combinations of Organic/Vegan/CF across our entire range of products.

I need help finding the correct shade. Can you help?

Yes absolutely! This is why we have a shade guide for most cosmetic products based on your skin tone and type. You’ll find it as you scroll through the images on the same page as your product details. Let us know if you need any help finding this information 🙂

Do any brands on the BB website test on animals? Are all products cruelty free?

All brands listed on BB are cruelty-free. You can know more by reading about our brands under ‘Brands.’

What guidelines does BB use for its brands?

We have a list of ingredients that we believe shouldn’t be used anywhere in or around us. We have ensured the brands whom we work with follow the same lifestyle ethic that we believe it, brands that hold a lot of recognition when it comes to COV products. You can know more about us and our brands in the ‘About’ and ‘Brands’ sections’ respectively.

I am allergic to certain ingredients. Can you help me avoid products with these ingredients?

Yes absolutely! We always ensure the ingredients for each product is mentioned on the product page so we urge you to read these through in detail to identify specific ingredients that you know you’re allergic too. Also, feel free to let us know if something’s not working for you we love to know about our BBingers and how we can further help them.

How can I tell the expiration date of the product?

Manufacturing/expiration date and/or best before dates will be provided on the pack of the item you purchase. For any reason this may not be the case, send across your product image to hello@cleanbeautybinge.com and we will take it froward from there.

What payment methods does BB accept?

BB accepts all major credit cards. At this stage, we do not offer COD (cash on delivery) services.

When will I get charged?

You will be charged immediately after we’re done verifying your details post check out.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be credited to your BB account in the form of store credits valid for upto six months. Don’t worry, we will remind you closer to your expiration in any case you haven’t used them up already.

I have paid for my order but forgot I had a coupon code! Is there any way to apply the code after I have ordered?

You can always use your coupon code for your next purchase (as long as it hasn’t expired).

Is the transaction secure on Beauty Binge?

Yes. We are tied up with a secure facility that specializes in payment gateways. They are a legal entity that securely process your data.

Where can I find my CVV?

CVV is the 3-digit code at the back of your credit card.

I am using an international credit card, will my order go through?

Yes, we accept all international credit cards.

I am having trouble with the website, what should I do?

My coupon code won't work, what should I do?

Kindly send an email to hello@cleanbeautybinge.com with your coupon code. We will get things sorted right away!

I received an error message while trying to place an order, what should I do?

Keep trying until you get through. For any reason that is not working, email us at hello@cleanbeautybinge.com with a screenshot of your error message and we will sort it out right away.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on ‘forgot my password’ given below the login screen. Once that is done, follow the instructions to reset your password.

All the items in my cart disappeared! How do I retrieve them?

Ooops! Sorry about that. This usually does not happen. You’ll most likely need to track back on your favourite products. This is why we also encourage wishlist additions so you’ll remember your favourites in such cases 🙂

How do I unsubscribe to receiving emails from BB?

Every promotional email received from BB has a ‘click to unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the page.
